Establishing a new channel for handling select financial transactions directly with customers outside of traditional bank teller services
We have established a new employee channel for handling selected transactions that previously required customers to visit our branch locations. These transactions can now be processed externally using tablet devices, eliminating the need for in-person visits.

We enhanced the overall tone and manner with gradients in MG's blue and light tones, creating a smooth aesthetic. User-friendliness was improved with easily navigable menus and bookmarking for swift task handling. Additionally, the scheduler for customer management and task scheduling was revamped with a simple and intuitive UI to provide users with easier task management and convenience.
GRAPHIC MOTIF
We designed various icons with a base of blue and light tones, adding gradient points to ensure overall consistency. To aid user comprehension, they were expressed in a simpler and more intuitive manner.
