In the era of carbon neutrality, we strive for sustainable environmental management.
Most companies globally emit greenhouse gases (carbon), contributing to a continuous rise in global temperatures. As temperatures increase, research suggests a decrease in global average crop yields, such as wheat by 6%, rice by 3.2%, corn by 7.4%, and soybeans by 3.1%. Europe aims for net-zero by 2030, and South Korea by 2050. Carbon neutrality is no longer a choice but a survival necessity. We are preparing for this era through simple and sustainable Green management.

The core of sustainable management is establishing roles and responsibilities within and outside the organization to create a healthy corporate value. Keeping professionalism and sustainability in mind, we will form a dedicated ESG organization, setting the right indicators and criteria to become a trustworthy and healthy adnstyle that stakeholders can rely on.

adnstyle's current ESG management state diagnosed in four areas.
  • Environmental
    We strive for carbon reduction in transportation, set KPIs for total energy use, and actively work to manage and mitigate our environmental footprint.
  • Labor and Human Rights
    We have established a labor-management council addressing employee health and safety, diversity, non-discrimination, and harassment prevention. We've implemented and enforced a flexible work system, introduced additional Family Day off, and conduct year-end surveys to gather employee opinions and foster direct communication. Regular evaluations, health insurance coverage, and diversity awareness training are provided for our employees.
  • Ethics
    We enforce sanctions and regulations on policy violations, conduct information security training for employees to prepare for security incidents, comply with anti-corruption and bribery regulations, and take measures to protect third-party data from unauthorized access or disclosure. Additionally, we adhere to ethical guidelines and standards.
  • Sustainable Procurement
    We implement supplier CSR codes of conduct and produce analysis reports on sustainable procurement.
