KB Financial Group's acquisition of Prudential Life led to the integration of both insurers' interfaces, ensuring consistency. We simplified the interface, prioritizing content to reduce user fatigue and foster a positive user experience conducive to productivity.
Prioritizing Information Importance Based on Business Priority
We improved the UI/UX by restructuring complex business-related content to include only essential information, ensuring consistency across screens. Harmonizing the screen tone and manner with a soft and bright appearance, we adjusted the brightness of KB Life's brand colors to provide clear yet simple distinctions. Prioritizing business tasks based on diverse user needs enhanced the usability and efficiency of the system.
