Thank you.

Huge thanks for organizing an overseas workshop to celebrate this milestone!
After an epic 2-night, 3-day getaway, it’s only right to drop a quick recap.
Let’s gooo~!
🇰🇷Gooo~✈️Gooo~🇯🇵

After hearing our series of unfortunate events, our CEO gifted us a lucky charm—2,000 yen—with words of encouragement: "Tomorrow, everything will go smoothly!"
But did the charm actually work?

Spending all three days only in Osaka felt a bit lacking, so we decided to dedicate one day of our trip to an out-of-town excursion. (Many travelers visiting Osaka often take day trips to Kyoto, Kobe, or Nara, which are well-known nearby destinations.)
While searching for a less crowded, unique, and relaxing location among possible day-trip spots, we stumbled upon a place whose name was unfamiliar to us—Amanohashidate & Ine Funaya.
"This is it! Our team is going here!
"Work has been overwhelming—let’s go somewhere peaceful to clear our minds! Please~"
During the planning process back in Korea, we realized something: everyone was exhausted from their fast-paced, hectic daily lives.
That’s why we needed either a refreshing break to cool our overworked minds or a new kind of experience to re-energize our tired selves. We hoped that this unfamiliar destination would serve as a way to awaken our senses and bring us a fresh perspective.

If you drive about two hours from Osaka, you will arrive at Amanohashidate. After finishing sightseeing there, you need to travel another 40 minutes to reach Ine Funaya.
To ensure a safe and comfortable trip to these two destinations, we booked a tour guide bus in advance from Korea.
A brief introduction to both places:
• Amanohashidate is a famous natural scenic spot, known as one of Japan’s Three Most Beautiful Views.
• Ine Funaya is a small rural village, consisting of Ine (a coastal town in northern Kyoto) + Funaya (traditional wooden boathouses on the water).
After that, we took the bus to Ine Funaya, often called the Venice of Japan.
The village was small enough to explore in about an hour, but it was so peaceful and serene that it made us wonder, "Is this really Japan?" The atmosphere was so calm that it felt like a gift of tranquility. The perfect weather made it easy to take beautiful photos effortlessly.
Upon arriving at Amanohashidate, we admired the island’s shape, which resembled a dragon soaring into the sky, took photos at scenic spots, and had lunch (which, unfortunately, turned out to be a failure—our crab bento looked unique, but it was way too fishy and not the taste we expected 😭). We also tried black soybean ice cream, a local specialty, while exploring the area.
Was it thanks to the lucky charm? Or was it just that our tour guide was flawless?
Whatever the reason, everything went according to plan—nothing went wrong, and Day 2 was absolutely perfect!
…But that would be too boring, right? 😏
We had pre-booked a high-end course meal in Dotonbori from Korea, but out of nowhere, the restaurant canceled our reservation.
Having a nice dinner in one of Osaka’s busiest areas on a Saturday night without a reservation? Nearly impossible. Luckily, our tour guide saved the day by quickly securing a last-minute reservation at an okonomiyaki restaurant.
The taste? So-so. Not terrible, but not amazing either.
Though we hit a small bump at the end, the trip was still a huge success, giving us the healing and relaxation we wanted. A fully satisfying adventure!

On the last day of the workshop, we wrapped up with personal schedules before catching the airport limousine.
Some enjoyed a quiet moment with coffee at a café, others went on a Daiso shopping spree, and those curious about sneaker stores took their time browsing. Everyone chose their own way to savor the final moments of the trip.
This Osaka workshop brought together colleagues from the same division who had never really crossed paths due to non-overlapping work. But for three days, we bonded over the excitement of travel, new places, and unexpected experiences, turning them into shared stories.
Somewhere between all the adventures, an unspoken sense of camaraderie and friendship formed—the kind that makes you think, "Ah, so this is why we go on workshops."
Now, when we pass each other in the hallway, we naturally check in—“How have you been?”
So, you've gotten the most out of the workshop, right?
