Thank you.

On June 23rd, our team finally went on the first half of the 2023 workshop.
Rushing off to the workshop, it felt like everyone had turned as red as ripe sweet potatoes amidst the newly begun summer.
Looking at the leftover photos, it feels proud to have left behind many fun memories, and it was a delightful time together.
Even the matching group t-shirts were so dazzlingly sparkling that it was a workshop that shone brightly in the eyes.
How about we embark on the first half of the 2023 N.X.C workshop to Daebudo together?😎🏝️🏖️
Why does everyone's style look the same even though we only coordinated one group t-shirt?
No one asked us to wear jeans.
💡 Just for your reference, the group t-shirt design had each person's preferred program extension printed on it.
While we confidently wore them to work, why do we feel slightly embarrassed now that we're all gathered together? Our bling-bling group t-shirts were so dazzling that they almost blinded us throughout the workshop.
The team members, who were diligently taking entrance photos from the morning, scattered quickly once the shoot was over, feeling a bit self-conscious. Now, the long-awaited start of the workshop begins! =3=3
Our first stop was the Siwha Moon Observatory.
It impressed us with its stunning view and transparent glass floor.
There were lots of friends walking only along the glassless edges like 🦀🦀🦀 crabs, which made us laugh a lot.
We also enjoyed a small encounter with another workshop team in the elevator on our way down.
They were wearing matching tops just like our team! 🐥🐥🐥
A jump shot is a must when you visit a travel destination! We took one too.
Snap! At the observatory park! Snap! Along the beautiful metasequoia path!
Thankfully, everyone was genuinely invested in capturing each other's photos.🥰
By the way, we couldn't pass by the metasequoia-lined road in Daebudo without stopping. We paused during our drive to take photos of each other, and it was such a fun time! It was a great location for pictures due to the low traffic on the road.We tried different shots, like one person taking a photo of two others, while another person took a picture of them, creating a framed effect.
(Now that I look at it, it reminds me of a 42nd birthday photo...)
We even took some group foot shots, and our t-shirts were not only matching, but our shoes were all in similar shades of navy and white! Why do we all match so perfectly?
After a brief safety lesson at the bike rental shop near the Daebudo theme park, we set off together.
Keep in mind that you need a license to drive, so those without a license rode in the back seat of the cart. (Though, I was the only one without a license 🥲 ) Both the bike and cart had their pros and cons. Excluding the four cautious ones, the remaining six rode the bikes.
The sight of us wearing helmets was adorable. 🥰 Now we're ready to go, revving up =3=3With all 10 of us starting simultaneously, it felt like a scene from the movie Mad Max. Finally, we're off—so exciting!

The rookies cautiously navigating the curves. Watching them turn in sync is so cute.
Except for the two directors, everyone else was a novice with a license gathering dust, but they quickly transformed into true riders who enjoyed the speed.~ 🛵😎
Can you feel the breeze of Daebudo? Though it was a hot day, the rush of the wind made it feel so refreshing that we didn't even notice the heat.
Even when the cart went full throttle in third gear, it was slower than the bikes, so everyone passed us by.
Though our manager exclaimed, 'I'll catch up and ride too!' it was clear we were already out of the race. 🥲 I captured the sight of our team members riding off on their bikes, their backsides a picturesque scene.
💡 By the way, our manager, who had a "driver's license in name only," finally got out of the rut on Daebudo. 👏👏👏
The restaurant 'Jomangan' had an amazing view from its windows.
Lunch while enjoying the beautiful view outside the restaurant was delicious.
The food was as neat and pleasant as the scenery, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was great.
We had clam set meals and raw beef bibim noodles. The only downside was that we were a large group and couldn't sit at the prime 2-seater window spots.🤧
If I get the chance next time, I'd love to sit at a 2-seater window spot for a meal.

While waiting for our ordered food, our team is enjoying the atmosphere here.
We’re taking in the views outside the restaurant and snapping photos from the windows. Inside the restaurant, your ^-^V poses are so cute!
The passionate photographer makes a comeback 🔥😎
One director poses in the photo zone in front of the restaurant while one passionate photographer snaps away. Snap! Snap! Snap! We're so earnest about capturing each other's photos.
After eating, it's time to drink. We've arrived at Cafe BaliDa to experience a taste of Bali within Daebudo.🏝️🍹🧉🍸
At first glance, the entrance just looked like any typical café street, so I was skeptical. But once inside, the wide-open views and exotic atmosphere really made me feel like I was in Bali. Would you like to experience the exotic and charming ambiance of 'Cafe Bali,' a perfect spot for photos?
Now I'm not embarrassed anymore! Well, maybe I was still a little bit. 🥲🫣
As we did this, the stares from the customers seated behind us were quite noticeable.…👀 👀 👀Still, it was worth it because we got some great photos. Even the seagulls flying by looked like a picturesque part of our group shot at Cafe BaliiDa.
Although all our scheduled activities are over, the real workshop starts now that we've arrived at our accommodations.
You want to lie down now that we're here? No, that wouldn't be a workshop then. To keep it a workshop, we need to keep the activities going.
Come on, everyone! We came here to work (?). You can't lie down. (Honestly, I wanted to lie down too...)
The true highlight of the workshop is still ahead. The BBQ expert director grilling the meat, the refreshing lemon highball, and our time spent around the fire.
Let's enjoy the rest of the workshop together. 😎YO~
The first person to finish their ramen wins the game. But it's surprisingly tricky. Was there anyone who fully understood the rules by the time it ended?
I certainly didn't understand it all. (Even though I brought it... I don't know the rules…) Our team rookies played very well.
Watch out; they're quite the experts.
Battle on the game console at the accommodations! Nostalgic games stirred up my inner nostalgia and awakened my previously dormant fighter instincts.
However, that awakened instinct quickly vanished in front of the winner, and humility returned... 🥲
Do you know what the main feature of these games is? The person making the most fuss loses. (That's me! 🙋♀️)
I thought the game console might break. (Also me! 🙋) But I still lost. (That's me again! 🙋♂️)
In the end, the person making the most fuss ended up losing the most.
Now it's time for dinner.
Grilling BBQ and sipping on a refreshing highball—doesn't that sound like the perfect workshop meal? Our team followed tradition and prepared BBQ and highballs.
The highball, which tasted as refreshing as lemon iced tea, paired perfectly with the BBQ. 👍✨
And thanks to the workshop, we discovered the director's excellent knife skills and amazing barbecue techniques! The meat was delicious.
Chatting, eating, drinking, and wrapping up with a post-dinner walk made for a perfect evening. It was a delightful time because we were together.

Usually, the grand finale of such events ends with fireworks. It's similar to how lighting the Olympic torch feels like the culmination of the event, right? For the last night of our workshop, we light a fire in the fire pit and enjoy a relaxing time watching the flames.

We all sat together, sometimes just zoning out, and also got to see blue flames from the aurora items.
And the fire-lighting expert who suffered through it
He was continuously working hard to keep the fire going. The short tongs made the task even more challenging. After being a barbecue expert, he had now become the fire-lighting expert, tirelessly supplying logs to the fire.
Adding logs over and over again...

When does this workshop end?
We've been fire-gazing for two hours now. Let me give you all a tip for your workshop fire-gazing sessions: don't buy two bundles of firewood. Stick with just one bundle. Buying two bundles means the workshop will never end.
So everyone ends up putting in logs at least once, timidly tossing them in from a distance...
The workshop seemed to be ending with the fire-gazing, but it’s still not over yet.
The workshop won't be over until we finish all the fireworks we brought. Sorry... we prepared too much.
Reignite the fireIs there anything scarier than a never-ending workshop? It's like a sad L.O.V.E that appears like a ghostly photograph...
What we wanted was a romantic fireworks photo, but... 💔
There's an end to everything.
The seemingly never-ending Daebudo workshop is truly coming to a close now. (Seriously, it is.)
Late into the night, we experience the final moments of the Daebudo night with one last fireworks kit.
Though it felt like two nights and three days, this one-night, two-day Daebudo workshop is now saying goodbye.
While we will see each other at work again next week, today was a special day spent together that will be remembered.
The workshop, fueled by various passions (like photography and emotion), has shrunk like the fading fireworks kit.
Now, as the last fireworks kit burns out and Daebudo's night fades away, we bid farewell. ✨🌙💤
Even though it sounded like the end, our team's workshop actually continued the next day. We even had a morning brunch.
We shared a light brunch together to satisfy our hunger before departure and reflect on our experiences from the previous day.
Even though we said it was the end, there's no real end to the workshop. Like brunch that restarted the morning, the real workshop is our daily work.
I hope we can complete our fireworks with these same members next year. Let’s perfect our LOVE then. (Practice until then! 😂)
Thank you for the joyful and happy memories. Great job, everyone.
See you back at work—bye!
