Let's celebrate with a joyful Year-End Party!
On December 29, 2023, all employees of adnstyle gathered at Seasoning Seorae restaurant for the year-end party. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by several white papers on a black table - these were the numbers that would determine our seating arrangements.
At first, there was a bit of awkwardness as everyone found and took their randomly assigned seats. However, as the food began to arrive and conversations started, the atmosphere quickly turned warm and friendly. It was a great opportunity to mingle with employees from other departments, whom we don’t often get to interact with. As we enjoyed the meal and wine and the mood continued to improve, Director Kim Wantae's greeting speech marked the official start of the year-end celebration.

The adnstyle Best Award is presented annually to celebrate and recognize the hard work of our team members throughout the year. This award holds special significance as it is determined by the votes of our employees.
For this 8t h Best Award, 10 projects were selected as Nominee Finalists from various projects. The winners were chosen through a combination of online votes by all employees (70%) and evaluations by a professional panel (CEO, directors, and division heads) (30%). As a result, three teams were awarded.

The acquisition of Dr.Jart+, a renowned domestic cosmetics brand, by global enterprise ELCA Korea brought about significant internal adjustments within Dr.Jart+, which previously operated its own e-commerce platform. As the agency responsible for managing the official online stores of all ELCA Korea brands, we also faced challenges in integrating and understanding the new brand. Our team, dedicated to thorough research and analysis, encountered initial difficulties in the early stages.
Witnessing the gradual stabilization of the project brought immense satisfaction. The challenge of integrating a domestic brand like Dr.Jart+ into ELCA's identity while maintaining its own distinct character added an interesting dimension to our work.
We remain hopeful for a smooth continuation of the project this year. We attribute our Best Award recognition to our talented designers, who consistently meet the demanding design requirements of our clients. Our deepest gratitude goes out to our design team for their dedication and expertise.

Mr. Lee Chanpyo, recipient of the Hanwha Systems Award, has been working on a dispatch assignment and we haven't had the opportunity to see him often. It was a pleasure to meet him at the year-end party.
The Rookie Award, Popularity Award, Excellence Award, and Best Award were given to those who were recommended based on personnel evaluations and selected through an overall evaluation of each department's performance.
In particular, the grand prize was the first winner in a long time, so I was very excited about who would receive it. Seeing the happy faces of the winners made me happy too.

Good evening, everyone. I wanted to give a cool and chic acceptance speech, but in reality, I'm just filled with tears . I guess I'm still not quite an adult yet. I sincerely thank my team leaders for supporting my ambitions this year and my fellow designers for working so hard with me. We were able to have casual conversations that we usually couldn't, and the games and gift events were so much fun! I also want to thank our CEO, directors, and the administrative support team for always putting in so much effort to make our year-end party enjoyable.

Lastly, a special gift to celebrate the 20th anniversary of adnstyle 🎁
After a passionate game time, the CEO handed out a specially made diary gift set for the 20th anniversary of adnstyle in 2024, when the year-end party was completed with the greetings of the heads of each business department and the CEO's year-end speech.
The design is all the more meaningful because Creative director Hyekyung Ra participated in the work herself, and I was surprised by the unexpected gift and, thanks to this, I returned home with a heavy hand.
This year's year-end party ranges from random seat selection to awards, various games and prizes, and finally, a set of useful diary gifts for work!. It was a year-end party that was full of fun and was constantly laughing.
Thank you Mr. Bong for leading the year-end party with a pleasant hosting, and thank you to the CEO, directors, and management support team for preparing the year-end party. 😁

Our year-end party was filled with thrilling moments, from random seat assignments to triumphant rock-paper-scissors battles. (But when I got my face quiz during the game, I really wanted to hide...)Despite the unexpected flutters, I know these moments will turn into cherished memories.
