The 6th adnstyle Best Awards
Marking its 6th year, the Adnstyle Best Awards is a special celebration unique to Adnstyle, where we reflect on the projects we've worked on throughout the year and personally celebrate various other outputs we're proud of. It's a special year-round event where we come together as colleagues to openly praise each other, acknowledging achievements we may not have had the chance to recognize before, and even delivering grand prizes.
Similar to last year, this year's event was conducted through our groupware site due to the ongoing limitations on offline events. We exhibited only 10 selected entries from numerous submissions and employees voted to select the winning entries.

Year-End Message from CEO
Dear Team,
Another challenging year has passed due to the ongoing pandemic, and it's saddening to realize that we've become so accustomed to it that we can't remember what normalcy felt like anymore. The most regrettable aspect is the lack of opportunities for us to gather and communicate together as the pandemic prolonged. Therefore, I'm extremely grateful for the opportunity to communicate with all of you through this year-end event via ZEPETO. I extend my deepest appreciation to everyone involved in organizing this event, especially Director Ra Hye-kyung.
Looking ahead to the upcoming year, my hope is that we can create more opportunities for communication, even if they're virtual, so that we can stay connected as a team.
Reflecting on this year, despite the difficulties, Adnstyle has taken a small step forward. While the performance of each department is expected, we've introduced a flexible working system, a long-awaited initiative. Although there were many trials and errors, it's gradually settling in, and with our collective wisdom, I believe it will become a beneficial system for us. Additionally, achieving the EcoVadis Silver Level certification, one of the globally recognized ESG certifications, holds significant meaning. It has prompted us to reflect on the direction of Adnstyle and, if developed well, I trust it will serve as a solid foundation for growth. Moreover, through proactive and progressive activities such as a-bot development, OKR implementation, and incubating new businesses, we were able to wrap up this year comfortably. Thank you. It's all thanks to your hard work. Let's pat ourselves on the back and congratulate our colleagues for their efforts throughout the year. Well done, everyone. (Personally, I'll always remember the flower vase that made people smile at the entrance of the company for a year.)
