Happy 19th B-day, adnstyle Founding Anniversary Event with a-Crew 🎉
At adnstyle, creating a workplace where employees enjoy their work is the top priority for CEO Kyung Seop Han. With this sentiment in mind, we have been organizing various internal events, big and small, since 2004, building countless memories together. Especially this year, we brought smiles to everyone's faces from the moment they stepped onto the commute with an array of balloons.
As we eagerly awaited our 19th anniversary at ADNStyle with excitement all day, I'm sure you're curious about the memories we made. Want to know more?

2004~2023 adnstyle history~
At one corner of the company entrance wall, a panel warmly greeted visitors in celebration of our founding anniversary. Do you recognize the familiar UI just by glancing at the panel? Yes, the event concept was inspired by the original social media platform, Cyworld.
We reminisced about the memories of adnstyle's beginnings, starting from T.Min.S in 2004, and prepared the concept accordingly. 👏🎉

August 19th of this year fell on a Saturday. However, to respect our employees' precious weekends, we held the event one day earlier on the 18th. As the event time approached at 3 p.m., employees started gathering in the company lounge, one or two at a time. Once everyone had gathered, the event commenced following the lead of Mr. Bong Dae Sung, who served as the MC for the founding anniversary celebration.
It began with a brief welcome from our CEO, followed by recognition of long-term employees. This year, the dress code for long-term employees was the company's signature color, red. Thanks to the items prepared by long-term employees in accordance with the red theme, there was a fun and light-hearted atmosphere.

Next up, we had a session to introduce employees with less than one year of tenure. Even though shy, they bravely shared their aspirations. They may be shy, but they greet everyone with a warm smile 😄

uring our mid-game break, we had a nostalgic raffle session prepared by tmins!
Who would be the lucky winners of the first, second, and third prizes? The tension was palpable!
In line with the 2004 theme, the first prize was a camcorder, the second prize was a Mashimaro doll, and the third prize was a 6-ball diary. Additionally, we prepared nostalgic snacks for everyone who participated.
I personally remember when our Cheif Director, who won the second prize, mentioned how much he loved Mashimaro dolls back in the days of Zollaman😆

A surprise CEO’s announcement
Just before we delved into enjoying the refreshments, our CEO had a surprise announcement! He generously gifted gold to those who attended the founding anniversary celebration, for emergency use! (I remember this being the moment of the loudest cheers 🙄)
It was already heartwarming to receive gold as a gift, but the fact that he put effort into the design made it even more touching. With cheers and popping champagne, the official reception began. We enjoyed various cakes, champagne, and beverages while listening to the directors' impressions, concluding this year's celebration on a high note.

Even with a modest event held in the company lounge this year, we had a great time gathering around, playing games, enjoying desserts, and chatting with colleagues. Thanks to the concept and games prepared by tmins, the event was lively and fulfilling. The highlight was undoubtedly the moment when the winning team members received flower bouquets during the cherished tradition of awarding pure gold. And let's not forget the unforgettable emergency fund! With each passing year, the celebration seems to become even more abundant.
Like eagerly awaiting a birthday that comes only once a year, adnstyle eagerly awaits August 19th. Next year, we'll already be celebrating our 20th anniversary! We can't help but anticipate how much more fun and enriching the founding anniversary celebration will be. Here's to looking forward to it!
